Hey let’s configure your Admin Dashboard with Django in 5 minutes

Run the following command to initiate the database

python manage.py migrate

Go to url.py and and configure URL for our admin interface

urlpatterns = [path(‘admin/’, admin.site.urls),]

Go to setting.py and import all modules

INSTALLED_APPS = [‘django.contrib.admin’,‘django.contrib.auth’,‘django.contrib.contenttypes’,‘django.contrib.sessions’,‘django.contrib.messages’,‘django.contrib.staticfiles’,‘boards’,]MIDDLEWARE = [‘django.middleware.security.SecurityMiddleware’,‘django.contrib.sessions.middleware.SessionMiddleware’,‘django.middleware.common.CommonMiddleware’,‘django.middleware.csrf.CsrfViewMiddleware’,‘django.contrib.auth.middleware.AuthenticationMiddleware’,‘django.contrib.messages.middleware.MessageMiddleware’,‘django.middleware.clickjacking.XFrameOptionsMiddleware’,]

Run the server

Launch your browser and navigate http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin

You will be redirected to main Admin dashboard. It allows you to manage groups and users with CRUD operations
